This is another thing that used to stand between me and creating consistently but NOW I draw or paint at least 3-4 times a week and have been for a WHILE now lmao Sometimes its okay to sit back and just do part of art that seems most fun to you. Making something unpostable, ugly, or or low effort will teach you so much more than making nothing at all. Some ways I switch it up are: creating abstract art, using a diff medium, experimenting w color mixing, doing watercolor drills, painting simple shapes, etc. 10/10 rec turning on something fun to watch on those low effort days and taking breaks when you need them. Don’t stress.
